Bea Edney is a painter and printmaker based in Belgium. Her works is a balance between spontaneity and precision, layering, collaging, and allowing unexpected marks to emerge. She combines techniques and mediums such as watercolour, ink, collage, collagraphy and other printmaking techniques on paper. Deeply appreciative of art and artisan crafts with an eagerness to try new things, she enjoyed learning upholstery, carpentry and serigraphy over the years. In Printmaking, she found a way to slow down and feel deep joy from the practice.
